The pool was off the hook with an insane view of Sicily. The staff were so chill and always had our backs. We chilled in the sun all day and rented bikes to explore the sick countryside. Breakfast was killer too, fueling us up for a day of wild adventures. Can't wait to go back and live it up again!
The only thing I'd ask for is more late-night fun for us party-loving peeps. It would be so sick if they had some nighttime events or a dope bar scene.

Stunning location with a peaceful pool and balcony views. Incredibly helpful staff who booked a last-minute guided hike and provided superior service during meals. The restaurant offers a delicious and affordable five-course meal with unlimited wine pairings. Talented and passionate chef. Can't wait to return for relaxation, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere.

The air-conditioned rooms are absolutely fantastic! With a terrace and sea views, it's like a little piece of heaven for us vegetarians and vegans. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom, making our stay even more comfortable. Plus, the tile/marble floor in the twin/double room adds a nice touch. We loved the balcony in the twin/double room. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The suite with air conditioning was a dream come true, especially on those hot days. We couldn't have asked for a more refreshing stay.
Personally, I would have preferred not having a TV in the room. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

The breakfast is delicious, especially the pastries. The pool area is incredible, with a view that is even better than the photos suggest.
The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms could be stronger.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views of the vineyards and Mount Etna were amazing. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the four-course dinner prepared by Julia was a culinary delight. The wine tasting experience was also a highlight. Alfonso, the owner, was an exceptional host and took great pride in his establishment. the location was absolutely amazing, with mind-blowing scenery and views that left us in awe.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we only wish we had stayed longer than one night to fully enjoy everything this place had to offer. Cons: Not obvious to find.

Continental Breakfast with Homemade Cakes - The breakfast at this wine resort was a delectable treat, with an array of homemade cakes that were simply divine. Each bite was like a symphony of flavors, dancing on my taste buds and leaving me wanting more. It was a delightful way to start my day and fuel myself for the exciting activities that awaited me.
Second Night's Meal - The second night's meal at the on-site restaurant fell a bit short of my expectations. Although the food was still good, it didn't quite live up to the incredible experience I had on the first night.
